- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I will not be a customer here. I pulled up to the car wash right next door and realised all I had was a ten dollar bill. Went next door to the legacy bank and casually asked them if I could get it broke down to ones. The lady asked if I was a customer there. I said no, and was immediately responded to "we only do that for customers." Now I understand cashing a check or trying to actually do banking stuff to have an account. But all I wanted was to get 10 one dollar bills. They were not busy. There was no cars in line.By Robert Debord, June 09, 2017
