- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Betty Cole and staff are awesome. I was with another agent that was not taking care of my policies and could not get things figured out. After a month and a half with the former agent and her staff being unable to fix or even explain the huge debacle they created I called and asked to switch to Betty Cole's office. Betty immediately reached out to me to figure out what was wrong, and what she could do to help us. RIght from that moment I knew I was making the right choice to transfer over to a more experienced and professional agent. After switching we discovered there were even more problems that went unnoticed/neglected. Thanks to Toni I was able to get everything straightened out once and for all.
